Newly built in 2000, the house is located in the Karlsruhe-Wolfartsweier district. You can expect an apartment with 60 m² living space. The separate apartment has its own access. The open plan living area extends over 2 levels. Living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom and bath upstairs. From the upper floor you can access the balcony and a small mansard that can be used as an office or as an extra sleeping space. The window elements with electric blinds provide a light-flooded and pleasant atmosphere. Everywhere tiled floor, fitted kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. We therefore do NOT ask you to smoke in the appatement. Thank you very much.

Private travelers will find plenty of greenery in the area and yet only 15 minutes to downtown Karlsruhe.
Company travelers have the New Karlsruhe Trade Fair, Siemens, Daimler in Wörth, MIRO, Michelin, KIT and well-known Internet companies
nearby. (Everything can be reached in about 15 minutes) The BAB junction of the A5 and A8 is about 1 km away.
It can be parked in front of the apartment on the street, parking is usually easy to find.
Bring your own bicycles can be safely parked in the yard.

Our guests have their own empire. A self-contained apartment with separate entrance and all amenities.
Stair climbing is required. Due to the wooden stairs, the apartment is not suitable for infants under 6 years.
We live in the house next door and are available for questions and tips at any time.

You can arrive with us at any time, at late hour you will find the key in Keysafe in front of the door with code that will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Your apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. During your stay you will receive fresh towels every other day and new sheets once a week.

We offer a free fast WiFi with 50mbit / s.

Coffee and tea are always available for free in your apartment.
